Today wash day I was suppose to do a protein treatment but I had completely forgot and just went on with my regular routine. Next week I really don't know if I'm going to incorporate protein because I'm planning to either make a visit to the salon (maybe) but if I do my own roller set at home I may do a protein treatment. Thanksgiving next week I plan to use heat for the occasion. Other then next week plans today was day was successful . 1. I washed my hair in four separate sections and used my  Shea Moisture Shampoo . I have yet to use a clarifying shampoo which is needed so I just used this in each section and wash thoroughly. 2. I followed up with Herbal Essence Totally Twisted conditioner to help detangle my hair. Like I said before, If I did not, this conditioner smells amazing! 3. Then followed up with my It's a 10 deep conditioner using heat. This time around it was in my hair for about an hour and half possibly. I had to finish writing a paper and then ate

It is a sulfate free shampoo which is make it less of a harsh shampoo and that is why I decided on getting it.
