I realized that maybe waiting every two weeks to wash my hair isn't going to work out for me. My hair feels so much more better when it has been cowashed and M&S frequently. So every other week I'm going to cowash atleast two times that week and deep condition once that week. I'm still putting my regimen together but I'm planning to include this and see how it works around my school schedule and my hair. Today I decided to start this off & this is what I did:
1. Shampoo with HE Hello Hydration
2. Condition with HE Color Me Happy
3. Deep Condition with NTM Deep Mask
4. T-Shirt Dry for 10 minutes
5. Apply Leave In's NTM Silk Touch & Sealed with EVOO
6. Style (4 Twist)
I'm not planning to shampoo weekly only when I decide to flat iron but today I just felt like I needed to today. I'm planning on getting a sulfate free shampoo just to see how I would like them.

Any Sulfate-Free Shampoo You Ladies Can Recommend?
I use the L'oreal EverStrong Sulfate-free shampoo and I love it. It even suds a bit even though it's sulfate free.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to look into that product. I heard some good things about it, thanks.
ReplyDeleteL'oreal Ever Creme rocks!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Blutiful Blaq. I love, love, love the L'oreal EverStrong Hydrate Shampoo. The Juniper and Rosemary give my scalp a very slight, almosyt unnoticeable tingle which is my favorite part. I also like the smell and it never strips my hair. It lathers well also. Good luck!
