Today wash day I was suppose to do a protein treatment but I had completely forgot and just went on with my regular routine. Next week I really don't know if I'm going to incorporate protein because I'm planning to either make a visit to the salon (maybe) but if I do my own roller set at home I may do a protein treatment. Thanksgiving next week I plan to use heat for the occasion. Other then next week plans today was day was successful . 1. I washed my hair in four separate sections and used my  Shea Moisture Shampoo . I have yet to use a clarifying shampoo which is needed so I just used this in each section and wash thoroughly. 2. I followed up with Herbal Essence Totally Twisted conditioner to help detangle my hair. Like I said before, If I did not, this conditioner smells amazing! 3.
